One of the many activities that the Fandom Princess’ scholarly castle liked to do was through bi-monthly dances, in which they would invite neighboring castles’ students to come and join in the festivities (as the Princess’ castle was known for throwing the best get-togethers). It was during these dance periods when the Princess would go visit her Lord of the Rings Fan Club, and ask the elves that went for help in fashioning a new dress. They were more than happy to help the Princess out, and she always showed up to the dances in some of the most beautiful, elegant, and fancy attire. At the end of the night, her peers and subjects would ask her about the garment she was wearing so fantastically, and she would be more than happy to tell them the story of her mystical elf friends and their magic powers.
Attention, everyone! I have officially spiffed up my Flickr account! Woot woot! I took a look at Flickr Fun before going into doing some of the editing of my profile on my own. The website had some handy information, and helped me in changing things that I was having difficulty with changing on my own. I edited my profile to send to a different email and made sure that I liked the unique username that I had for my account. I also set up my own set (ha, see what I did there?) consisting of some of my best pictures! Check it out:
And I figured out how to do that all on my own! Oh yeah! Princess power! Not as easy as it seems though. I thought I would be able to just copy and paste the URL like normally we do for a Flickr picture, but boy was I wrong. Apparently technology is not that advanced yet, so I turned to my good friend Google. He helped me figure out how to embed a set to a post. I followed the search to the WordPress blog on Flickr Set Sideshow and WHAM, the answer was right there. I first had to install the plug-in called Flickr Set Sideshow. After the plug-in was installed, the next thing I had to do was link my Flickr account to my WordPress. It explained that after I did this, and got something fancy called an API code, I would be able to just take a short code and link my set sideshow into any posts. So after watching this lovely Youtube video that the website provided on getting an API code, I finally linked the two accounts and was able to access my Flickr sets!
So yeah, the Flickr is officially all royally ready!
